As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience that embodies the Conrad ethos. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping Policies and Procedures to maintain the hotel's standards of service and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery and enhance guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns regarding Housekeeping Services in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to Housekeeping Procedures and Standards.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
