Ο πελάτης μας είναι μια μεγάλη αλυσίδα ξενοδοχείων σε 18 μεγάλες πόλεις της Γερμανίας. Για την στελέχωση του ξενοδοχείου στο Μόναχο αναζητούν Housekeeping Manager.
**Κύρια Καθήκοντα**:
- Έλεγχος όλων των εργασιών καθαρισμού και βελτίωση των διαδικασιών εργασίας.
- Φροντίδα για την ομαλή λειτουργία τμήματος και έλεγχος αποθεμάτων.
- Συνεχή συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
- Κινητοποίηση, Καθοδήγηση και Εκπαίδευση νέων συναδέλφων στη διαδικασία καθαρισμού.
- Φροντίδα για την πρόσληψη νέων εργαζομένων.
- Λειτουργική υποστήριξη της ομάδας σε όλες τις εργασίες.
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στο Hospitality Management ή Housekeeping Management.
- Τουλάχιστον 1 χρόνο εμπειρία σε ξενοδοχειακό ή παρεμφερές περιβάλλον
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Γερμανικών (Β2+) και Αγγλικών (C2).
- Στρατηγική σκέψη, οργανωτικότητα, ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα.
- Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας.
**O εργοδότης προσφέρει**:
- Σύμβαση αορίστου χρόνου.
- Μεικτά ωρομίσθια από 12,69-14,42 ανάλογα των προσόντων.
- Εργασία 40 ώρες/εβδομάδα.
- 30 μέρες πληρωμένη άδεια/χρόνο.
- Υποστήριξη στην αναζήτηση διαμονής.
- Εξατομικευμένο πρόγραμμα training.

Μισθός: 2.500,00€ - 3.000,00€ ανά μήνα
