- Επιβεβαίωση και άμεση καταχώριση όλων των κρατήσεων
- Διεκπεραίωση της αλληλογραφίας πελατών και πρακτορείων
- Τηλεφωνικές επαφές με πελάτες και πρακτορεία
- Προώθηση των υπηρεσιών και εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου
- Αποτελεσματικός χειρισμός των αιτημάτων των πελατών
- Καθημερινός έλεγχος των λογαριασμών πελατών και πρακτορείων σύμφωνα με τις συμφωνίες που έχουν υπογραφεί
- Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση της πληρότητας του ξενοδοχείου
- Σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση στατιστικών πληροφοριών
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής
- Προϋπηρεσία 3-5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 4 ή 5 αστέρων
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Άριστη ικανότητα στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
**Επιπλέον προσόντα**:
- Γνώση επιπλέον ξένης γλώσσας
- Γνώση ξενοδοχειακού προγράμματος Opera
