key responsibilities
Develop customer plans and cultivating build strong relationships with clientsExecute the customer strategy and business plan aligned with sales objectivesGrow the business of the customer through the company's products in order to achieve the growth & profit business targetsDevelop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with clients, plan sales activities and continuously follow up, evaluate and optimize the business with the customersAnalyze market dynamics, assess customer requirements, and monitor competitor activities to devise impactful sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer contentment and product accessibilityexperience At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
skills Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudeEffective communication and presentation capabilitiesAmbitious, customer-centric approach coupled with adept negotiating skillsSolid planning and organizational proficiencyCapability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamHands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
qualifications BSc degree in economics or similar sector could be considered as an assetA demonstrated experience in sales as area manager, distributor management, or category managementPreferred experience in the commercial food-service/HORECA segmentsGood understanding of business financials, including P&LProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent in English languageAvailability to travel
