Billing & Mediation Supervisor

The Billing & Mediation Supervisor position is full time and permanent, based in Athens. The working model is hybrid (both at office and home).

key responsibilities

Supervise a team of Operation EngineersCoordinate Incident and Problem management activitiesCoach Engineers to achieve their goals, bring in best practices and push for innovationBuild solid collaboration processes between onsite and offshore teamsManage the support of Vendors and monitor SLAs/KPIsMonitor day to day activities and report performance KPIs to stakeholdersDrive automation initiatives (CI/CD, monitoring tools)Review and participate on the change management process for new deliverables from Vendors and IT Delivery EngineersBuild a strong understanding of the business processes and cooperate closely with business operations functionsRecognized as an expert in the Billing & Mediation domain, with a proven track record mainly using Oracle BRM for Billing plus also Nokia Data Refinery for Mediation
experience Very good knowledge of Oracle BRM Administration and prior experience in leading/ coaching/mentor

qualifications Experience on using some of the below technologies: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and integration with middleware systems (Oracle OSM, Fusion Middleware), Unix & Perl scripting, SPLUNK dashboardsExperience in Telco industry will be an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiencesBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or previous demonstrated work experienceVery good knowledge of Oracle BRM AdministrationPrior experience in leading/ coaching/mentoring a team of EngineersGood knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in practicing it
