Servir de Embajador/a de la Maison es garantizar una experiencia única al cliente antes, durante y después de una venta y desarrollar proactivamente el portafolio de clientes.

Se requiere experiencia previa en el sector de la hospitalidad o en retail de lujo; se valoran buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, así como una gran atención al detalle y a las necesidades del cliente.

Se busca un enfoque de equipo y fluidez en inglés y italiano.

El proceso de selección implicará una entrevista inicial con el equipo de Talentos de Richemont, una reunión con el gerente de la boutique y una reunión con el responsable de RRHH.

Objetivos clave:

  • Garantizar una experiencia única y excepcional al cliente durante una venta
  • Maestrizar los pasos de una venta (acogida, descubrir y comprender, convencer, cerrar y desarrollar)
  • Adaptarse a las necesidades y motivaciones del cliente
  • Mejorar y sorprender al cliente
  • Tratar con facilidad durante las negociaciones y objeciones
  • Transmitir la pasión y los valores de la Maison
  • Actuar como contacto principal del cliente en caso de After Sales
  • Reunir objetivos individuales y de la boutique, tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos

Relaciones con el cliente y desarrollo del portafolio:

  • Cultivar relaciones fuertes con el cliente y desarrollar la lealtad
  • Desarrollar el portafolio del cliente de manera eficiente
  • Implementar acciones CRM objetivas
  • Participar en eventos del cliente y actuar como Embajador/a de la Maison

Operaciones diarias de la boutique:

  • Respetar todas las políticas y procedimientos de la marca y la boutique
  • Participar en inventarios
  • Participar en la instalación y desmontaje en apertura y cierre de la boutique
  • Implementar las directrices de Visual Merchandising
  • Asistir en proyectos especiales cuando se solicite
