key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve financial targets in line with the companyâs objectives.
- Design and implement a business plan that expands the companyâs customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Develop business relationships with key customers, advocacy groups and key decision makers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Setting objectives, coaching and monitoring performance of sales representatives.
- Develop deep professional/industry knowledge in related business including knowledge.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze relevant sales, customers and market data.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the sales force efficiency through Boost/Tableau reporting metrics alignment.
- Provide input into budgetary and planning processes and monitor performance against budget, taking appropriate action to address any variances.
- Cooperate closely with Technical Service, Tender, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor tenders in area of responsibility.
- Operate with high integrity and comply with company's policies and procedures.

qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree required. Scientific or medical / paramedical degree â strong scientific background

- Ability to apply scientific / clinical knowledge to support the customer.
