About the Role As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll work with business clients to develop tailored advertising strategies, manage ongoing campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your account management, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your Responsibilities Account Management, build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.Develop account strategies that align with both client and company objectives.Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution.Client Engagement, understand client goals and industry trends through research and communication.Identify optimization and growth opportunities.Present data-driven advertising solutions and recommendations.Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and tools.Track and analyze performance metrics, consistently achieving sales targets.
