French-Speaking Sales Representative (Remote in Greece) Location: Remote in Greece Contract Type: Full-time Industry: Sales / Customer Support About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused French-Speaking Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with French-speaking clients over the phone, introduce our products/services, understand customer needs, and close sales. You will be part of a dynamic and international environment, working remotely from anywhere in Greece. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to French-speaking prospects and existing clients Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful sales Present company products/services clearly and confidently Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve performance Requirements Native/Fluent level of French (C2) Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication Previous telesales or outbound sales experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms What We Offer Fully remote role within Greece Competitive salary package + attractive commission plan Paid initial training and continuous coaching Growth and promotion opportunities International and supportive work culture Equipment provided (depending on employer)
