We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Security Project Manager
to oversee the planning and execution of cybersecurity initiatives for our client in the banking sector. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage security testing activities—including
Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS)
,
Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)
, and
automated penetration testing
—ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver
  security projects
  involving BAS, DAST, and automated penetration testing.
• Coordinate the execution of security testing activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Review and analyze
  penetration testing
  and
  vulnerability assessment
  findings, driving remediation efforts with IT and security teams.
• Track
  project milestones
  ,
  risks
  , and
  deliverables
  , providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure alignment of security projects with
  compliance frameworks
  ,
  internal security policies
  , and
  regulatory requirements
  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote secure development practices and continuous improvement in security operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in
  project management
  within
  cybersecurity
  or
  information security
  domains.
• Familiarity with
  security testing methodologies
  , including BAS, DAST, and penetration testing.
• Strong understanding of
  OWASP Top 10
  ,
  vulnerability lifecycle management
  , and
  secure SDLC
  principles.
• Proficiency with
  project management tools
  such as
  Jira
  ,
  Confluence
  , or similar platforms.
• Excellent ability to translate technical information into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications such as
  PMP
  ,
  PRINCE2
  ,
  PMI-ACP
  , or
  Scrum Master
  .
• Security certifications such as
  CISSP

  ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
  , or equivalent credentials.
