Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Flutter (Dart) Developer
based in Néa Ionía, Athens.

As part of a small and ambitious team, you will have the opportunity not only to maintain and enhance existing projects, but also to contribute to new digital products from the ground up. This role suits someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and taking initiative.

Daily tasks will include hands-on development, app performance optimization, debugging, collaborating with team members, and supporting ongoing client projects. While not every task will be glamorous, each will be meaningful in shaping and strengthening our technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development and Flutter/Dart application development
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development and integration with front-end applications
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-quality mindset
• Ability to work and collaborate in a small on-site team
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Web development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks)
• Experience or interest in Power BI and data visualization
• Curiosity and ambition to explore AI-driven solutions and tools
