We are looking for a skilled and proactive
Business Analyst
to join our team and contribute to the strategic alignment of business goals with innovative financial solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid environment, focusing on the integration, optimization, and management of
loan systems
and
banking
payment instruments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in loan restructuring, NPL portfolio sales, and deep knowledge of both Retail and Corporate lending products.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to non-performing loans, credit bureau reporting (e.g., Tiresias), loan restructurings, and portfolio sales.
- Business Requirement Documentation: Analyze and validate business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for technical and product teams.
- Technical Communication: Liaise with development teams to evaluate the feasibility and performance of new functionalities related to digital payments and credit systems.
- Functional Design & Testing: Create functional specifications and user scenarios. Develop and execute user acceptance
test cases
to ensure robust system delivery. - Process Optimization: Recommend improvements to loan management and restructuring processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks related to payment fraud and data security. Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a banking or financial services organization.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in loan restructuring and management of overdue loans.
- Familiarity with NPL (Non-Performing Loans) portfolio sales, including Retail and SME segments.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.
- Ability to quickly familiarize with core and peripheral banking systems.
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of Retail and Corporate lending products, including mortgages, consumer loans, SME and corporate loans.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel and general MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
