Για την έδρα της στη Μεταμόρφωση Αττικής, η Εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν δυναμικό και επικοινωνιακό Υπάλληλο στο τμήμα Customer Service

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης στους πελάτες μας, την επίλυση προβλημάτων και την υποστήριξη των αναγκών τους. Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα αναφέρεται στην Διεύθυνση της Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών και τα κύρια καθήκοντα του θα περιλαμβάνουν ενδεικτικά:

  • Τη λήψη και καταχώρηση παραγγελιών πελατών, τον προγραμματισμό των διαδικασιών διανομής, διασφαλίζοντας την ποσοτική και ποιοτική παράδοση των εμπορευμάτων.
  • Την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου και email καθώς και τη διαχείριση παραπόνων.
  • Τη στενή συνεργασία με τα τμήματα πωλήσεων, logistics και αποθήκης, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η ομαλή ροή των παραγγελιών και η ικανοποίηση των πελατών.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα :

  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 2-3 ετών στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στο χώρο των δομικών υλικών θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office, ιδιαίτερα του Excel.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας (η γνώση της γαλλικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν).
  • Εξοικείωση με χρήση λογισμικού ERP, με έμφαση στη γνώση χειρισμού Navision.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, προφορικής, γραπτής και ηλεκτρονικής.
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες με έμφαση στον προγραμματισμό και τη διαχείριση χρόνου.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, ικανότητα στην οργάνωση, διαπραγμάτευση, καθώς και αποδεδειγμένη αποτελεσματικότητα στην επίτευξη στόχων.
