Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls: Conducting targeted outbound calls to potential customers to present XP Courier's services and understand their specific needs. Identifying and qualifying new leads through cold calling, email outreach and referrals.
Client Relationships: Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term cooperation
Service Knowledge: In-depth understanding of XP Courier's services, pricing policy, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
Reporting & KPI Monitoring: Recording performance data and generating reports to track key sales KPIs (e.g. number of calls, conversion rates, new leads, closed deals) with the aim of continuously improving performance.
CRM Management: Logging and updating all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities through the company's CRM system.
Follow-up: Following up with clients after initial contact to close deals and address any remaining questions or concerns.
Market Feedback: Gathering insights and feedback from the market and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years in telesales, preferably in courier, logistics, or related industries
Language Skills: Fluent in Greek, proficient in English (spoken and written)
Sales Abilities: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset
Tech Proficiency: Confident in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
Interpersonal Skills: Able to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and maintain positive client relationships
Self-Motivation: Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
