We are looking for a Portfolio Advisor to assist the Portfolio Performance team aiming at maximizing its Performance and Recoverability while optimizing related costs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Produces Daily/ Monthly Reporting and analyses of existing portfolios for key stakeholders (Internal, Clients and Investors);
- Monitors Recovery results and Portfolio KPIs and escalate performance issues;
- Prepares periodical portfolio performance presentations and memos for key stakeholders (Internal, Clients and Investors);
- Monitors and assesses special collection activities and projects (e.g. campaigns, legal actions);
- Provide feedback based on the servicing strategy execution and the related recovery results;
- Prepare and execute detailed stratification analysis for Assigned Portfolios;
- Present Portfolio Results, key figures and Proposed Actions to Clients/Investors and Internal Management Team;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the NPLs industry or Consulting Firms preferably in Strategy or Reporting Teams;
- Advanced excel and presentation skills to support portfolio performance analysis;
- Demonstrable strategic and analytical thinking skills;
- Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail;
- English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer science.
