Subsea Engineer

, is seeking a motivated Subsea Engineer to support a range of offshore and onshore activities across subsea cable and marine engineering projects. This role combines hands-on offshore fieldwork with onshore engineering and project support, offering a versatile career path in an exciting and growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Offshore Operations

• Actively support subsea campaigns onboard specialized vessels.
• Participate in:
• Cable laying, trenching, and protection works
• PLGR & RC campaigns
• ROV integration and subsea tooling deployment
• Shore-end operations and mobilization/demobilization
• Provide technical input to equipment handling and deck operations.
• Follow HSE standards and offshore best practices at all times.

Onshore Support

• Assist with preparation of procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Support equipment readiness, project documentation, and mobilization.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Contribute to reporting and monitoring project progress.

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Marine, Mechanical, Automation, or Subsea Engineering (or equivalent).
• Ideally with knowledge of PLC software and the ability to read/diagnose electrical and electronic diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with ROVs, subsea tooling, or cable laying equipment is a strong advantage.
• Previous subsea, marine, or offshore project experience desirable (min. 3 years preferred).
• Flexible and motivated to travel for international projects.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Greek is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and proactive attitude.
