Your purpose

As a Data Scientist, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for Alfa-Beta. By leveraging machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics, you will analyze customer behavior to uncover trends, preferences, and opportunities that enhance customer experiences and support commercial growth. What you will focus on

  • Develop predictive models and apply machine learning techniques to analyze customer behavior and support commercial decisions.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, customer behaviors and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate business questions into analytical pipelines, ensuring solutions are scalable, clean and well-documented.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial and digital to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Build and operationalize data workflows using Python, SQL and cloud-based platforms such as Azure and Databricks.

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in data science, machine learning, applied statistics or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, MLflow) and SQL, with emphasis on clean, reusable and well-documented code.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed computing (Spark / PySpark, Databricks) and cloud platforms (Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake).
  • Familiarity with version control and production-grade development (Git, CI/CD workflows).
