We are looking for a
Data Scientist
to join our Data Strategy team.

Role

Are you a curious and driven Data Scientist looking to apply your analytical skills to real-world business challenges? Join our Data Strategy team and help transform data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop models, perform advanced analytics, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that support strategic initiatives
  • Develop predictive and descriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, relevance, and accessibility
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact
  • Communicate findings through clear visualizations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to the development of data science best practices, documentation, and model governance standards

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Data Science or a related analytical role
  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline

Core Competencies & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn)
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Plotly)
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and ethical AI practices
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
