What you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Worksite Marketing Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive business requirements and ensuring seamless customer experience for the development of a digital platform. This platform will be used to penetrate the existing pool of Group insurance policies with individual Life & Health solutions for their covered members.

Your day-to-day:

• Business Requirements: Gather and document complete business requirements for the development of a digital platform aimed at offering individual Life & Health solutions to members of Group Business insurance policies.
• Customer Experience: Design and implement strategies to ensure seamless and engaging customer experience on the digital platform.
• Platform Development: Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements and provides a user-friendly interface.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for penetrating the existing pool of Group insurance policies with individual solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align platform features with business objectives and customer needs. Aligning with NN Group's standards and guidelines
• Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain metrics to track the performance and effectiveness of the digital platform.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and insurance solutions to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in worksite marketing, digital platform development, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and experience with customer experience design and user interface development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
