Οι ρόλοι: QA Test Lead / Manager

Job Level: junior - middle – senior

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου:

  • Σχεδιασμός στρατηγικής ελέγχου (Testing Strategy): Καθορισμός δομών, ρόλων, τύπων ελέγχου, κριτηρίων αποδοχής και στόχων.
  • Κατάρτιση και διαχείριση Test Plan: Ευθυγράμμιση με απαιτήσεις έργου, διαθέσιμους πόρους και χρονοδιαγράμματα.
  • Συγγραφή σεναρίων δοκιμών (Test Scenarios) και δημιουργία Test Book που καλύπτει λειτουργικές και επιχειρηματικές απαιτήσεις.
  • Εκτέλεση δοκιμών και καταγραφή αποτελεσμάτων: Εντοπισμός και καταγραφή αποκλίσεων ή σφαλμάτων, καθώς και διαχείρισή τους (Defect Management)
  • Ανάλυση διαδικασιών Testing & QA: Εντοπισμός ευκαιριών αυτοματοποίησης, μείωσης λαθών και βελτιστοποίησης.
  • Καθορισμός KPIs & ποιοτικών μετρήσεων: Αξιολόγηση απόδοσης testing και ποιότητας παραδοτέων.

Requirements

Βασικά προσόντα ιδανικών υποψηφίων:

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχους ρόλους.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε μεθοδολογίες ανάπτυξης λογισμικού όπως Agile και Waterfall, καθώς και σε στρατηγικές ελέγχου ποιότητας και test planning.
  • Ικανότητα σχεδιασμού και υλοποίησης χειροκίνητων και αυτοματοποιημένων δοκιμών (λειτουργικές, απόδοσης, ασφάλειας), σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις των έργων.
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση εργαλείων αυτοματοποίησης ελέγχων  και διαχείρισης διαδικασιών (π.χ. JIRA κτλ), καθώς και εργαλείων DevOps και CI/CD.
  • Κατανόηση γλωσσών προγραμματισμού (π.χ. Java, Python) και δυνατότητα δημιουργίας ή τροποποίησης test scripts για αυτοματοποιημένες δοκιμές.
  • Ικανότητα καθοδήγησης και διαχείρισης ομάδων δοκιμών, με έμφαση στην ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων και την τήρηση προτύπων ποιότητας.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στην Πληροφορική ή συναφές αντικείμενο. Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές ή επαγγελματικές πιστοποιήσεις θεωρούνται πρόσθετα προσόντα.
