We are looking for a highly skilled 
Senior Product QA
 to join our engineering team in Athens and drive the quality strategy of our platforms.

A Day in This Role

You will contribute to daily stand-ups, implement new automated tests, collaborate on test strategies with Product and Engineering, review code and test suites, mentor teammates, and run or analyze performance/security tests in staging environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain 
    API, E2E, and UI automated test suites
     using modern frameworks.
  • Define and evolve the 
    overall QA strategy
    , ensuring coverage from requirements to deployment.
  • Lead 
    performance, load, and security testing
     efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to ensure testability and efficient delivery.
  • Mentor mid-level and junior QA engineers; support task planning and performance reviews.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Integrate and optimize testing within 
    CI/CD workflows
    .

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience with strong emphasis on automation.
  • Proven experience in 
    API testing
     (Postman, Bruno) and 
    UI/E2E automation
     (Cypress or equivalent).
  • Strong scripting skills in 
    JavaScript/TypeScript
     (or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience with 
    performance/load testing
     tools.
  • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker).

  • Experience testing 
    blockchain or distributed ledger systems
    .
  • QA certifications.
  • Security testing knowledge or hands-on experience.
