Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing strategy, mentoring QA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to build efficient testing frameworks and maintain excellence throughout the release cycle.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and testing best practices.Review and optimize manual and automated testing processes for efficiency and coverage.Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and frameworks.Proficiency in API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
