, is currently looking to recruit a
Junior Spare Parts Coordinator
who will provide support to the Spare parts team in the handling of the spare parts orders and associated operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Spare parts inquiries and quotations with Principals and Customers.
  • Handle Spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, processing, and deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers and vendors.
  • Ensure the various databases are consistently updated, organized, and accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies or related field.
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in spare parts management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the shipping or marine industry.
  • IT literate, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
