Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at Soho Soho, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pieces to complement their style, while also driving sales and representing our brand with sophistication and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers based on their preferences, body type, and occasion.

  2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.

  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers and drive sales.

  4. Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise and conducting regular stock checks.

  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service as a cohesive unit.

  8. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and aesthetic of Soho Soho in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales (at least 2 years – luxury fashion industry will be considered a plus)

  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

  • Fluent in Greek and English, knowledge of any other languages will be taken into consideration.

  • Computer literate.
