Role Description

This is a role for a Live Booking Agent located in Athens. The Live Booking Agent will be responsible for managing bookings for artists, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service to clients, and ensuring smooth coordination of events. This role involves frequent communication with artists, venues, and other stakeholders, utilizing booking systems, and actively engaging in sales and negotiation processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Effective Negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the music industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Music Management, or related field (not mandatory)
  • Experience in live bookings

Ο/Η Live Booking Agent θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση κρατήσεων για καλλιτέχνες, τη διαπραγμάτευση συμβολαίων, την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης σε πελάτες και τη διασφάλιση ομαλού συντονισμού των εκδηλώσεων. Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει συχνή επικοινωνία με καλλιτέχνες, χώρους εκδηλώσεων, clubs και εστιατόρια και άλλους συνεργάτες.
