Η εταιρεία TREE COMPANY CORPORATION A.E.B.E με αντικείμενο την πώληση, υποστήριξη, επισκευή - τοπογραφικού, κατασκευαστικού, περιβαλλοντικού, ωκεανογραφικού και γενικότερα επιστημονικού εξοπλισμού, επιθυμεί να προσλάβει τεχνικό για το τμήμα service, πλήρους απασχόλησης με έδρα το τα κεντρικά γραφεία της εταιρείας στην Αθήνα.

Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η θέση αυτή είναι υπεύθυνη για την επισκευή – υποστήριξη – εκπαίδευση - εγκατάσταση και εξυπηρέτηση του εξοπλισμού που διαθέτουν οι πελάτες και οι συνεργάτες της εταιρίας μας μέσα από το τμήμα Service.

Αρμοδιότητες Εργασίας

  • Επισκευή, συντήρηση και αναβάθμιση εξειδικευμένου εξοπλισμού υψηλής ακρίβειας για τοπογραφικές, κατασκευαστικές, περιβαλλοντικές, ωκεανογραφικές και επιστημονικές εφαρμογές.
  • Επισκευή, συντήρηση και αναβάθμιση μη επανδρωμένων αεροσκαφών (drones).
  • Επικοινωνία και διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών, ερμηνεία των απαιτήσεών τους και παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών και reports.
  • Οργάνωση γραφείου και τήρηση διαδικασιών.
  • Διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας και επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Δίπλωμα/Πτυχίο Θετικών Επιστημών.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.
  • Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για άνδρες υποψηφίους.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Εξοικείωση με ERP και CRM κατά προτίμηση Softone.
  • Εξαιρετική δεξιότητα επικοινωνίας (γραπτή και λεκτική).
  • Συνέπεια στη διαχείριση πολλαπλών καθηκόντων και τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
