Technical Support & Application Engineer
για το υποκατάστημα Θεσσαλονίκης.

Καθήκοντα

  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη πελατών (τηλεφωνικά, online και επιτόπου).
  • Επισκευή, έλεγχος και συντήρηση επιστημονικών και γεωδαιτικών οργάνων.
  • Διεξαγωγή επιδείξεων και παρουσιάσεων εξοπλισμού σε πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και εκπαίδευση σε προϊόντα/λογισμικά.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκθέσεις, σεμινάρια και εταιρικές δράσεις.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα πωλήσεων για την τεχνική κάλυψη αναγκών έργων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Δίπλωμα Μηχανικού (ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ) σε συναφή κλάδο.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Δεξιότητες σε Η/Υ και τεχνικά λογισμικά (CAD, GIS ή συναφή).
  • Διάθεση για συνεχή εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης σε πελάτες.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις σε περίπτωση άνδρα υποψηφίου.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και των εφαρμογών MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. .

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη ή service οργάνων.
  • Εμπειρία με UAV/Drone συστήματα.
  • Γνώση γεωδαιτικών και γεωπληροφορικών τεχνολογιών.
  • Εξοικείωση με ERP και CRM κατά προτίμηση Softone
