TMS
is currently looking to recruit a
Sale & Purchase (S&P) Administrator
who will provide support in S&P activities and contribute to the execution of a variety of tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop market reports and circulars and handle distribution accordingly
  • Prepare S&P related documents such as invoices
  • Manage daily correspondence and maintain updated corporate databases
  • Arrange meetings and business trips
  • Support the department with ad-hoc tasks

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Shipping, Business, Finance or related field; a Master's degree will be considered an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in S&P admin roles, gained through an in-house S&P department or through a competitive broker house; knowledge of S&P terminology is important
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
  • IT literate, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Hard-working and fast-learning individual
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and organize work efficiently
  • Trustworthiness and reliability
