Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and user support services. This role requires a proactive and skilled professional who will oversee the maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and structured cabling, while also providing technical support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of core IT processes and software, including operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, etc.
  • Maintenance of infrastructure and networks to ensure continuous operation, including basic maintenance of Structured Cabling.
  • Maintenance of essential hardware: servers, routers, switches, printers, personal computers, telecommunication systems, and devices.
  • User support for system-related issues.
  • Market research for procuring hardware and software.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Technology or Computer Science.
  • Certified proficiency in the English language.
  • Experience in using WordPress as a CMS, with a focus on creating dynamic websites and optimizing user experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and task coordination skills.
  • Creativity, responsibility, and teamwork abilities.
  • Availability to travel within Greece to support athletic organizations of the Federation.
  • Completed military service (for male candidates).
