The PositionAs Policy Communications Value Lead at Roche Hellas, you will shape our corporate narrative and strengthen our external presence, ensuring our positions are clearly and effectively conveyed to stakeholders. You will combine communications expertise with solid health policy knowledge to support our mission of improving patient access to innovation. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering you the opportunity to make a direct impact on advancing healthcare while reporting to the Head of Policy & Communications.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Drive Roche's external communication by identifying opportunities to amplify our positions through media, conferences, and public events.
Develop and execute impactful communication activities, including press releases, interviews, speeches, presentations, and media briefings, with a focus on policy and healthcare system advancement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, partners, and key opinion leaders.
Support the design and implementation of a comprehensive policy and communication strategy that advances Roche's mission and priorities.
Translate complex health policy topics into clear, compelling, and impactful communication messages.
Develop and implement the affiliate's media plan, optimizing company presence across media outlets
Support the communication needs of therapeutic areas and portfolio teams.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, anticipate risks, and coordinate effective responses to protect and enhance Roche's public image.
Represent Roche in industry associations and stakeholder platforms, contributing to advancing the healthcare ecosystem.
Who You Are
You bring a mix of strategic insight, communication skills, and execution drive. You have:
7+ years of experience in communications, health policy or public affairs, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
Strong knowledge of the Greek policy and media landscape, with proven ability to engage diverse public audiences.
Excellent writing skills to craft speeches, opinion pieces, and press materials on complex policy topics.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
Strong business partnering capabilities with portfolio teams and other internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in Greek and English, with the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
