About The Role
Are you a Dutch speaker looking for an exciting opportunity in customer support? Join our team in Athens and kick-start your career in an international environment You will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and efficient support for product- or service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall support process.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience needed—entry-level applicants are welcome
