Your responsibilities and impact as aB2B & B2C Customer Support Specialist will be:

In this role, you may support both end users (B2C) and agencies (B2B) offering the services to their clients. Some of your tasks will include:

  • Assist customers with queries about the services via phone, email and chat
  • Assist in validating and receiving transactions
  • Assist in using the platform
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You are a native German speaker with advanced business English
  • You are tech-savvy / you have a good IT knowledge
  • You are customer and quality oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  • You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
  • Financial skills are not required but a good interest in the sector is always appreciated
