Job Description

  • Organize, monitor, and continuously optimize all logistics and warehouse processes (receipts, handling, inventory management).
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Oversee and ensure proper use of material management systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Analyze KPIs, prepare regular reports, and propose process improvements.
  • Coordinate and supervise annual and periodic inventories.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Professional Qualifications

  • University/Technical University degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a computerized warehouse environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP or WMS systems.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Native-level knowledge of Greek.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Team spirit, leadership skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
