Η [WTF productions] αναζητά ταλαντούχο και έμπειρο Ηχολήπτη για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα παραγωγής live YouTube εκπομπών σε ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα αθλητικά κανάλια της Ελλάδας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα έχει εμπειρία σε στούντιο και on-location ηχοληψίες, καθώς και καλή κατανόηση βασικού video editing, ώστε να συμβάλλει στην ομαλή ολοκλήρωση του post-production κύκλου.
Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες
- Ο Ηχολήπτης θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση ήχου σε live YouTube streaming εκπομπές και μαγνητοσκοπημένες παραγωγές.
- Θα πραγματοποιεί ηχογραφήσεις και επεξεργασία ήχου για εκπομπές, συνεντεύξεις και βίντεο, τόσο στούντιο όσο και σε εξωτερικούς χώρους.
- Θα φροντίζει για τη σωστή ρύθμιση μικροφώνων, κονσολών, audio interfaces και λοιπού εξοπλισμού, εξασφαλίζοντας άριστη ποιότητα ήχου.
- Θα ασχολείται με μίξη και mastering σύμφωνα με broadcast standards, noise reduction και βελτιστοποίηση του τελικού ήχου.
- Θα συνεργάζεται στενά με σκηνοθέτη, μοντέρ και δημιουργική ομάδα, ενώ θα συνδράμει και στη διαδικασία video editing (Adobe Premiere ή DaVinci Resolve) με βασικές εργασίες συγχρονισμού και trimming.
- Θα διαχειρίζεται την οργάνωση αρχείων, backups και τη συντήρηση εξοπλισμού, παρακολουθώντας νέες τεχνικές και εξελίξεις στο χώρο του ήχου.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ηχοληψία, mixing ή post-production.
- Άριστη γνώση DAWs (Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper ή παρόμοια).
- Καλή γνώση video editing software (Adobe Premiere ή DaVinci Resolve).
- Ικανότητα επίλυσης τεχνικών ζητημάτων ήχου και εικόνας.
- Κατανόηση των προδιαγραφών YouTube και broadcast (loudness, codecs, formats).
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμός.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσαρμοστικότητα σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον παραγωγής.
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
- Εμπειρία σε live ή hybrid streaming setups (YouTube Live, OBS, multicam).
- Βασική εξοικείωση με motion graphics ή color correction.
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αθλητικές ή broadcast παραγωγές.

Ωράριο Εργασίας
09:00 – 17:00 ή 18:00 – 02:00, με ενδεχόμενο rotation ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες των εκπομπών.
Η θέση αφορά πλήρη 5ημέρη απασχόληση onsite στην Καλλιθέα.
