We are currently looking for a talented Lead CRM Optimization Executive to join us

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, brief, and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels and products.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns for key player lifecycle stages (acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation).
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rate, churn and conversion rate.
  • Analyze campaign performance and player response data to uncover actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure platform performance and integration with key systems.
  • Perform QA testing of all campaigns to ensure accurate targeting, messaging, formatting, and delivery across devices and channels. 
  • Explore, Identify and implement improvements in CRM workflow, campaign efficiency, and personalization capabilities.
  • Stay up to date on iGaming CRM trends, technologies, and player engagement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove or Fast Track
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of player behavior and customer lifecycle management.
  • Fluency in English (Knowledge of other languages is a strong plus)
