We are now seeking a tech-savvy and process-driven HR Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in optimizing and supporting HR systems and workflows across the organization.

About the Role

The HR Workflow Optimization Specialist will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital HR workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the HR Department.
You will be responsible for managing systems such as Jira, supporting HR processes, and providing first-level assistance to team members, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex HR operations, combining technology and people-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and daily operation of Jira workflows and other HR systems
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records across HR systems and databases
  • Process employee requests and ensure timely and efficient resolution
  • Document HR procedures and assist in preparing guides, manuals, and training materials for HR system users
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure that digital workflows remain organized, consistent, and user-friendly
  • Provide first-level technical support to HR team members for system-related queries
  • Monitor and analyze workflow performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support digital HR initiatives, process automation, and system enhancement projects
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards (GDPR) and internal security policies
  • Participate in HR projects that aim to improve internal communication, service quality, and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or similar HR support roles
  • Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level or equivalent)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with digital HR tools and databases.
  • Previous experience with Jira or other workflow/ticketing systems is highly desirable (training will be provided)
  • Good understanding of HR processes, such as onboarding, employee changes, and internal requests
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to data confidentiality
  • A collaborative, proactive, and service-minded approach
