τεχνολόγο Μηχανολόγο – Διαχείριση Μηχανολογικού Εξοπλισμού, Καυσίμων και Ιδιόκτητου Συνεργείου

Ρόλος:

Εξασφάλιση της άρτιας λειτουργίας και διαθεσιμότητας του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού της εταιρείας, της ορθολογικής διαχείρισης των καυσίμων στόλου και της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του ιδιόκτητου συνεργείου, με ενεργή συμμετοχή στην παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση του στόλου μέσω GPS fleet management συστημάτων.

Αρμοδιότητες:

Διαχείριση Μηχανολογικού Εξοπλισμού και Μεταφορικών Μέσων

  • Παρακολούθηση, τεχνική επιθεώρηση και συντήρηση βαρέως εξοπλισμού και φορτηγών. Προγραμματισμός και εποπτεία τακτικής και έκτακτης συντήρησης.

Διαχείριση Καυσίμων και Κατανάλωσης

  • Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση κατανάλωσης καυσίμων μέσω ERP. Εποπτεία προμηθειών καυσίμων και έλεγχος απόδοσης ανά έργο και μηχάνημα.

Fleet Management μέσω GPS

  • Παρακολούθηση στόλου μέσω συστημάτων GPS. Ανάλυση στοιχείων κίνησης, χρήσης μηχανημάτων και καυσίμων με στόχο τη βελτιστοποίηση δρομολογίων και κόστους.

Λειτουργία Ιδιόκτητου Συνεργείου

  • Οργάνωση επισκευών, παρακολούθηση προγραμμάτων service και υποστήριξη του τεχνικού προσωπικού. Διαχείριση ανταλλακτικών και συντονισμός αποθεμάτων.

Αρχειοθέτηση μέσω ERP

  • Καταχώρηση όλων των εργασιών συντήρησης, κινήσεων στόλου και δελτίων επισκευών στο ERP. Καθημερινή ενημέρωση κινήσεων και κατανάλωσης καυσίμων στο ERP.Δημιουργία αναφορών απόδοσης στόλου και καυσίμων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ ή ΑΕΙ στον κλάδο Μηχανολογίας.
  • Εμπειρία 1-3 ετών σε θέση διαχείρισης μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού ή συνεργείου.
  • Καλή γνώση ERP λογισμικών και
    GPS fleet management συστημάτων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ, Office (Excel – Word – Outlook).
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β' κατηγορίας.
