, a company operating in the real estate sector, is looking to hire a
Mechanical Engineer
for a permanent, full-time position.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of study preparation and permitting procedures.
  • Carry out all necessary actions to obtain plans and follow up on permits (e.g. new building permits, change of use, small-scale works permits, 48-hour notices) from relevant authorities (Municipalities, Utility Companies, Forestry Departments, etc.).
  • Review and configure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) implementation studies for the company's projects.
  • Collaborate with the construction department for the costing and design of electromechanical installations.


Required Qualifications:

  • University or Technical Institute degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in building design or construction projects.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent command of the English language and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, and work ethic.
