Luxury perfumes, home fragrances, over-the-top skincare, high end haircare and lifestyle brands of the highest quality that offer a unique consumer experience. Some of the brands are Molton Brown, L' Occitane, Juliette Has a Gun Fragrances, Maison Margiela and Bulgari Amenities distributed via own stores, e-shops, wholesale accounts and five-star hotels.

As a result of our continuously growing portfolio of brands and distribution, we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Brand Manager for our international cosmetics brands, as per below.

Please note that Greek language is a must and that the role is on-site and based in Athens, Greece.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Director, as a Senior Brand Manager you will:

  • Contribute to all aspects of the creative process, including: strategy, campaign and POSM development
  • Localize brands' strategies into actionable marketing plans for the Greek market
  • Ensure consistency of brands' standards across all marketing platforms, including digital
  • Identify local market needs and develop local activations in liaison with NAMs to maximise commercial opportunities and support brands' growth
  • Understand trade customers' requirements to maximise brand inclusion in their activities
  • Work closely with the PR agency to co-ordinate PR activations and initiatives
  • Provide detailed insight and forecasting benchmarks to aid thorough newness forecasting via knowledge of retail performance, product performance and NPD data
  • Manage POSM forecast to be done within the allocated agreed budget
  • Oversee sampling forecast and planning
  • Make sure all the basic catalogue forecasts (both saleable and testers) are updated and stocked based on business needs, anticipated marketing initiatives, new openings and retailer-specific activations
  • Work in the development and implementation of local initiatives such as new counter design, counter updates for launches or any retailers' animation sites, window displays, counter decoration, display units, etc.

Key Skills And Experience Required

  • 5-7 years' experience in brand marketing, ideally within the Beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work at a pace
  • Αttention to detail and high organization skills
  • Excellent Greek & English, written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • University degree
