Join Bally's Intralot as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our team, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance and functionality of our Lottery systems

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:

  • Being the person responsible within the team for collecting and tracking the progress of change requests.
  • Ensuring that requirements are fully understood by both the Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation truly satisfies our customers' expectations.
  • Participating in the definition and analysis of business requirements.
  • Uncovering and understanding customer and business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to be successful in this role.

To get this role, you should match the following criteria:

  • You hold a University or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant technology-related field

  • A proven working experience of at least 3 years in Business Analysis or Product Management (ideally in the Gaming sector)

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (enterprise software development).

  • Familiarity with the Business Analysis process: requirement gathering, communication, planning & management, analysis & documentation, implementation & testing

  • Familiarity in 3rd party integrations and using relational databases.

  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.

  • Open to travelling and working abroad.

We would appreciate it if you had:

  • Experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

  • Is communication one of your strong points? Indeed, in this position, you also need to work well with our team of developers and provide them with detailed and accurate defect reporting

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A quick and continuous learner.

  • Above all, it is very important to have a team player attitude, as we work, above everything else, as a TEAM
