Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 
IT Business Analyst
 with a strong background in both information technology and business administration, and 
proven experience in the banking or leasing sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to support business decision-making, and delivering effective technological solutions that address business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis to identify requirements and understand clients' business processes
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications
  • Oversee the implementation of technical business projects and solutions
  • Manage the testing process and be responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide post-production support following each release
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction with services and solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and agree on solutions
  • Work closely with product counterparts to obtain sign-off on requirements
  • Review and analyze existing codebases to support requirement definition and understand implementations
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business needs, including data usage and management, data lineage, and functional design
  • Apply solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an IT Business Analyst role
  • Mandatory experience in the banking and/or leasing industry
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multinational teams within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Professional attitude with excellent communication skills in a business environment
  • Excellent command of the English language is required
