Eligibility: Only local candidates with an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent with Turkish to join our team in Moschato, Athens. In this role, you will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Deliver accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to all customer interactions.
- Update CRM systems with relevant and accurate customer data.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve processes and service quality.
Requirements:
- Turkish: C2 level
- English: B2 level
- Advanced technical skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit)
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: € x /month by 14 times
- Monthly performance bonus: up to €160
- Stable, long-term employment in an international work environment
