Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at our Marousi premises.
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager / Specialist you will analyze and support the preparation and the delivery of the financial Information, working closely with a team of Financial and Business Analysts.
More particularly:
RequirementsWhat you will do:
- Analyze, explain & report financial and operational results
- Prepare and maintain financial models to project mid & long-term growth
- Liaison with different departments and functions of the Organization to assess and comment on developments
- Project assessment and investment decisions
- Co-ordinate and manage month-end and year-end closing process with FP&A Team and other Departments
- Lead end-to-end Budgeting, Forecasting & long-term planning processes in co-operation with other department & functions of the organization
The ideal candidate should have:
- BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Professional Accounting Degree (ACCA / ACA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team in FP&A/business controlling – experience in pharmaceuticals industry will be considered an asset
- Experience in developing and managing Financial Models
Job-Specific Skills
- Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
- Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP, BW & Kinaxis will be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and analyze financial results and handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
