FCP&A Senior Analyst

Based @ Golden Hall offices

We're looking for a talented and driven Financial Controlling, Planning &Analysis (FCP&A) Senior Analyst to join our Group Finance Department.

In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring operational excellence across our standalone entities.

In detail, our new colleague in this position, will:

  • Drive pre-closing activities and support accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end closings.
  • Update and refine existing Excel financial models for forecasting and reporting.
  • Contribute to monthly Rolling Forecasts and annual Budget &Business Plan updates.
  • Prepare management ad-hoc financial analysis as per request.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations on monthly results, budgets, and other key financial data.
  • Maintain SAP Controlling master data and support ongoing system enhancements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and Business Units.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and support internal/external audits.
  • Develop and optimize automated tools to enhance financial planning and reporting.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (ideally combined with a Master's Degree).
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA or CFA would be important assets.
  • Fluency in English language.

Professional Experience:

  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within FCP&A and/or a top-tier Audit/Consulting company.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles (IFRS).
  • Expert user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP ERP (Controlling module) would be a strong plus for this role.
