About The Role
What you need to know:

Responsible For

• Analysis and Design of Application Interfaces & Integrations; Development of Specified Designs & Delivery of Integrated Unit Testing; Configuring existing systems and implementing new software solutions
• Conferring with business and technology units in deployment of new software solutions to gain an understanding of the end-to-end changes required to applications and integrations, producing specifications for new or modified solutions.
• Liaising with vendors to deliver new systems and develop/maintain current standards of performance; analyzing the application scalability and performance requirements to ensure that change is designed and implemented to preserve or improve business SLAs
• Working with other IT units to provide a clear and achievable estimate of timescales involved in delivering the agreed technical design and to monitor progress against estimates.
• Developing troubleshooting solutions to allow Systems Administrators and application teams to support products when they are put into production
• Researching new products and technologies to improve system.
• Documenting IT processes, producing architectural artifacts, facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies.

What We're Looking For

• Working experience in IT; previous employment in an Insurance/ Financial Institution is an asset
• A track record of working with ERP systems; Preferably cloud based SaaS platforms. Microsoft Business Central 365 experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Proficiency in IT business analysis, solution architecture, vendor management and stakeholder management.
• Very good knowledge of XML/XSD/WSDL technologies
• Very good knowledge of SQL and object- or data-oriented programming languages
• Experience in SDLC & IT delivery frameworks such as Scaled Agile is considered as a plus.
• Bachelor/ Technical Institution degree in Computer Science or in a relevant field
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work within fast-paced environments; analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• A team player, who enjoys working with people from across the organization
