About the Role

We're looking for a
Buying Analyst
to join our dynamic Buying team — the team that shapes our product strategy and ensures the right styles hit the stores at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the
    buying and planning
    process through detailed
    sales, inventory, and trend analysis
    .
  • Assist in
    open-to-buy (OTB)
    planning and help develop effective
    replenishment strategies
    .
  • Prepare and maintain
    sales and stock reports
    , highlighting bestsellers, underperformers, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor product performance by
    category, brand, and store
    , providing insights to guide assortment and buying decisions.
  • Partner closely with
    Buying, Commercial, and Merchandising teams
    to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Track
    purchase orders, deliveries, and product launches
    , coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Participate in
    market and trend research
    , supporting the creation of future seasonal assortments.
  • Contribute to
    budgeting and markdown analysis
    to improve profitability and stock turnover.
  • Take part in
    store visits
    to understand customer needs, product performance, and visual presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
    , or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience
    as a Buying Assistant, Planning Analyst, or similar role in
    fashion retail or FMCG
    .
  • Fluency in
    Greek and English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS Office
    , particularly
    Excel
    ; knowledge of
    ERP systems
    is considered an asset.
