Vsltec is building the digital infrastructure that connects shipping companies with technical service providers, and we're expanding globally. We're hiring an Operations Executive to help our users onboard, thrive, and stay engaged on the platform.

This is not a sales role. It's an operational support position focused on user onboarding, engagement, retention, and marketing-related support activities. You'll work closely with users, guiding them through their first steps on the platform and ensuring they get long-term value from it.

Responsibilities

  • Support new users through onboarding, activation, and initial engagement

  • Provide clear, responsive assistance via email, phone, and in-platform communication

  • Address user questions, technical issues, and general support needs

  • Monitor user activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement

  • Collect feedback and communicate user insights to the product, operations, and marketing teams

  • Assist in executing user engagement and marketing initiatives

  • Act as the internal advocate for users and contribute to improving the overall user experience

Requirements

  • Fluent English (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Based in Athens

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, or account management is a plus

  • Interest in marketing and user engagement activities

  • Some familiarity with or interest in the maritime industry is preferred (no prior experience required, full training provided)
