Ως Υπάλληλος Υποδοχής, θα είστε το πρώτο σημείο επαφής για τους επισκέπτες μας.

Καθήκοντα

  • Υποδοχή επισκεπτών με θερμή και φιλική διάθεση κατά την άφιξή τους.
  • Διαχείριση λειτουργιών της υποδοχής, όπως διαδικασίες check-in και check-out.
  • Απάντηση σε τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις, εξυπηρέτηση ερωτήσεων και παροχή πληροφοριών για το ξενοδοχείο και τις δραστηριότητες.
  • Διασφάλιση της άμεσης και αποτελεσματικής εξυπηρέτησης των αναγκών των επισκεπτών, αντιμετωπίζοντας τυχόν προβλήματα ή αιτήματα.
  • Συντονισμός κρατήσεων και διαχείριση συστημάτων κρατήσεων για την καλύτερη εμπειρία των επισκεπτών.
  • Διατήρηση καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης του χώρου υποδοχής.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την εξασφάλιση άψογης εξυπηρέτησης.

Requirements

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος Σχολής Τουριστικών επαγγελμάτων θα θεωρηθεί ως πλεονέκτημα.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως υπάλληλος υποδοχής ή σε ρόλο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, κατά προτίμηση στον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, προφορικές και γραπτές.
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ταχείς ρυθμούς.
  • Γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων: λογισμικό διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα PMS Pylon.
  • Φιλική, επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Άριστη γνώση Ξένων γλωσσών.
