Description

A rapidly growing software start-up with a successful market launch and strong international outlook is seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist based in Thessaloniki. The role focuses on strengthening the company's B2B marketing engine, enhancing global brand presence and supporting initiatives that drive lead generation and product awareness across international markets.

The Role

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and launching the new B2B product page in collaboration with a product specialist and a designer
  • Shaping and executing the global marketing plan for the company's B2B product
  • Organizing conference attendances, including preparation and coordination of marketing materials
  • Planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility
  • Managing marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes in HubSpot (email campaigns, workflows, lead maintenance)
  • Creating and maintaining landing pages and marketing content in HubSpot with an SEO and conversion-driven approach
  • Developing LinkedIn content (posts and visuals) targeting business audiences
  • Analyzing and reporting marketing performance with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the software or tech industry
  • Solid understanding of SEO and digital content optimization
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), demonstrated through practical use in a professional setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Self-driven, structured and proactive approach to work
  • Strong motivation to operate in an international, fast-growing environment
  • Good knowledge of German will be considered an asset
  • Reference letters from previous employers are required
