Performance & E-mail Marketing Specialist

As a Performance & E-mail Marketing Specialist at CLOUT SA, your mission is to manage and optimize email marketing strategies and PPC campaigns in order to reach our clients' audiences in the most efficient way. This position combines data, strategy and creativity, ensuring that campaigns are effective, personalized and efficient.

Your week includes:

• Designing and executing email marketing strategies to engage, convert and retain customers.
• Analyzing customer data for segmentation and personalized content that increases conversions.
• Managing and optimizing automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement sequences).
• A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, email content and layouts for continuous performance improvement.
• Monitoring of KPIs of email campaigns (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
• Creating email content that aligns with the customer journey and drives customers through the sales funnel.
• Managing and tracking PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Platform and other relevant channels.
• Researching and selecting keywords for optimal campaign performance.
• Data analysis & key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) analysis for continuous optimization of campaigns.
• Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Competition analysis and opportunity identification
• Managing Google Tag Manager for efficient tracking of conversions.
• Passion and energy for all of the above

Requirements

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing and email marketing position (ideally in a digital agency).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools & automation (e.g. Klavyio, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Ability to segment and create personalized campaigns.
• Experience in A/B testing & optimization techniques.
• Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• General knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC) will be considered an added advantage.
• Copywriting skills & creating compelling content for email marketing campaigns.
